My name is Susana Laborde-Blaj, I'm a certified Yoga Therapist recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a certified Viniyoga teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, teaching yoga since 1996 and leading international yoga retreats since 2017.
I hold my practice in Belmont, California, offer One-on-One Yoga Therapy in person and online, Yoga Therapy Series in person, and online group sessions.
Passionate about learning, practicing & teaching yoga, I also love being in Nature, swimming, hiking, kayaking, photography and poetry.
