Jamie has been studying & practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Her practice began as a way to manage stress and anxiety, and she soon discovered that yoga enhanced all aspects of her life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Jamie leads from the heart and guides her classes authentically to combine breath, energy, and movement. Her clear and encouraging teaching style allows yogis of all levels, ages, and backgrounds to feel supported and motivated. She is passionate about helping others cultivate their own healing practice by connecting to the universal flow of energy & combining physical strength with natural movement knowing that every body is unique.
