I practically danced out of the womb and began taking dance classes at two years old. At 12, I found competitive dance and began a rigorous practice. This became my window into the experience of what science calls a “flow-state.” Once I stopped dancing competitively and went to college, I found myself at a crossroad. I asked myself:

How else can I tap into that transcendental state?

AND THAT’S WHEN I FOUND YOGA

Yoga satisfied my craving for the connection back to my true self —my spirit. Motivated to study, train, and soak in all the knowledge about this ancient practice and philosophy, I studied with Los Angeles’ best yoga and meditation instructors including Joan Hyman, Kelsey Patel, Hilary Jackendoff, and Noah Maze.

With over 1,000 + hours of private yoga sessions and meditation teaching experience and more than 500 hours of education, I confidently serve as a walking example for the women I work with. I am here to offer new perspectives, experiences, and tools that relay:
