Gabby is a yoga & sculpt teacher, teacher trainer, and co-owner of The Studio BE. She found yoga after retiring early as a D1 athlete due to knee injuries from college soccer. Her yoga practice provided a sense of internal freedom she had never experienced. This allowed her to peel away and unlearn old habits, behaviors and thought patterns which ultimately led to a greater sense of Self. She was so inspired by this internal shift, she just knew it was something she wanted to share with others! Gabby has been teaching since 2015 (E- RYT500) and also loves to lead international retreats. She considers herself a student for life as she loves to learn and to share her knowledge in return.

Do you own any pets?
My chocolate lab-pit mix Chico and my red heeler-husky mix Sissy. They are both snuggly rescues!
What is your favorite meal or type of food?
Can't go wrong with Italian!
