Yogi, business professional, life partner, and mother of three, Libby has learned that less is more and has observed the impacts of society, leading us to push ourselves beyond our limits. Libby Campo founded Your Inner Yogi to offer genuine, accessible, and sustainable yoga promoting inner healing, better health, and overall wellness. Since being introduced to yoga in 2007, Libby has been inspired and driven by the impacts of the practice so much that yoga, the practice of union, to unite or to connect, is a non-duality practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, and embodiment throughout her life and teachings. Libby has a resourceful tool kit of education in Kemetic Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Therapy, Energy Work, and Tantra. Her creative impulse moves her to combine teachings to create spaces that nourish and accept folk where they are. Libby’s classes encourage slowing down, connecting, and exploring more deeply with the intention of yoga becoming a practical and sustainable life practice of growth, compassion and understanding, and love.
