Lauren Bellagamba is a Certified Yoga Teacher. She accomplished her teacher training with Daren Friesen, and was influenced by teachers such as Amber Cook and Rich Logan at Moksha Yoga Center. She has also studied with the following master teachers: Tias Little, Seane Corn, Gabriel Halpren, Aadil Palkhivala, Gary Kraftsow, Kathryn Budig and Vinnie Marino.
Lauren has overcome past injuries of her own from running and weight-lifting. She has personal experience and understanding of how to properly strengthen the body after an injury and during recovery. Lauren will work around your personal schedule so you can easily integrate a regular practice into your day.
