I'm a certified Yoga Instructor based in Chicago, IL. I was born and raised near Lincoln Square, just a few blocks west, in Ravenswood Manor. I currently reside in Lincolnwood with my family. I love the area and wanted to bring a yoga studio near me.
My yoga journey started in 2004 and I have been lucky to learn from many inspiring individuals along the way.
I started Pistachio Yoga in 2021. I believe yoga is for everyone. It can heal the mind, body and spirit through physical exercise, meditation, and community.
The teacher-student relationship is super important to me and I will do my best to always foster that. My classes are energetic, challenging, and I regularly try to mix things up to keep things fresh for my students.
Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon.
