Like so much that is good in my life, yoga chose me. I was introduced to a gentle Kripalu practice in response to a relatively insignificant back injury more than 25 years ago. The practice caught hold, evolved through many stages and finally developed into a business and teaching passion. The body/mind/spirit practice of yoga is truly a sustaining and uplifting experience. If my teaching can help others to discover their own gifts – breath, present moment awareness and mindful movement – then I will have fulfilled my purpose in becoming an E-RYT 500 Therapeutic Yoga Teacher.
