My yoga journey began several years ago as a part-time hobby and quickly transformed my life.
Over the years my passion for this practice has grown so much that I decided I wanted to learn how to share it with others. After completing my 200 Hour Teacher Training, I have been teaching privately and at studios across the Phoenix valley.
I work with people who are looking for a guide on how to live a more mindful life, those healing from an injury and those healing through chronic disease.
