I love to move but I REALLY love to teach, learn, and help others move and feel their best. I am fascinated by the minutiae of movement and seek to pass the joy of attention to these details to students and clients. I'm a 200 RYT (Yoga) and a Certified Fletcher Pilates teacher. I endlessly seek new knowledge on the practices, the body, meditation, and spirituality. I take classes from other brilliant Yogis and Pilates instructors, ride horses, hike, hang with my son and husband, and tend to our menagerie of animals.
