Ashlee is Yoga Loft Tucson’s co-owner and has over 10 years of teaching experience. She’s a 500RYT and has completed more than 1,500 hours of training with expert teachers such as Janet Stone and Jason Crandell. She has been published in Yoga Journal for her sequencing and anatomical knowledge and is a lululemon Legacy Ambassador.
Ashlee started practicing yoga to help her manage the symptoms of a life-threatening lung disease, cystic fibrosis. Because of her unique background, she’s extremely passionate about accessibility and uses a trauma-informed approach to sequencing and cueing her classes.
She enjoys studying movement and creating sequences that will help you build strength and mobility, so you can feel as good off the mat as you do on.
Outside of the studio, you can find Ashlee hanging out with her husband, Kyle, and their two frenchies, Django and Nala.
