I have been studying yoga for about 13 years and graduated yoga teacher training in 2018. In 2019, I became confined to a wheelchair where I would stay through 2020, not knowing if I would walk again. Yoga gave me the courage to keep going and I kept studying it, while trusting the process. I am a registered teacher yoga RYT200 with Yoga Alliance and have additional certifications in trauma yoga and as a meditation coach. Leaving the business world behind to become a teacher devoted to healing and helping students, I am currently offering private lessons while studying for certification to become a yoga therapist.
