Hi yogi!

My name is Stacy, I am a private yoga instructor based in North County San Diego. I would love to be your very affordable, all level yogi, friendly yoga instructor!

I obtained my 200 hour yoga teaching certificate from Corepower in Encinitas, California and am registered through Yoga Alliance. I did it while working a full time job, and it was pretty tough (not gonna lie!), but I am beyond grateful that I checked that off my bucket list. I never played sports in high school or college, so once I discovered yoga over 10 years ago, I knew that it would be so much more to me than a simple hobby.

I started practicing yoga at a very small studio in a 24 hour fitness, and it was my first amazing yoga teacher that brought me back each time. The way she cued to make each pose accessible to each student's level made it a really comfortable environment, which is exactly what I strive to provide for my yoga students.

I am confident in teaching yoga students from a very first-time beginner to more advanced yogis, carefully suggesting modifications or adjustments to make poses more comfortable and effective, while always catering to students' individual needs and proper alignment. I always encourage my students to request anything that suits their needs, especially for private yoga classes. I can travel to you in North County San Diego (Servicing Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Vista, or Oceanside) or we can discuss other options.

I am most excited about helping people explore yoga. I understand that walking into a studio full of experienced yogis can be very intimidating; I am here to offer studio level teaching while you are in the comfort of your own space.

I teach vinyasa flow style, focusing on the connection of your breath with each movement. I have taken the tools that my training and past teachers have provided me, and use them to carefully craft each sequence. I can't wait to share them with you. Can't wait to see you on your mat!
