Founder of AT THE CORE a self-proclaimed “Movement Enthusiast,” Neil spent more than 15 years in corporate wellness sales and marketing before launching AT THE CORE. He saw a niche in the small employer market to share his passion for leading a healthy lifestyle while helping others achieve the same. An avid runner, he has completed in more than 16 half marathons and six marathons. Neil discovered his own yoga practice in 2009 to help improve his running – yet found so many more lifestyle-related benefits. He began teaching yoga in 2011 to share the joy and renewal of this ancient practice. His program clients range from non-profits and school corporations to service and manufacturing organizations. He is an active member of Toastmasters International (Classic Communicators club), current Big Brother in the Big Brother/Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and certified in both Yoga for 12-Step Recover (Y12SR) and Trauma-Based Yoga. Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. He is a certified 200-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) from Cityoga in Indianapolis and is currently pursuing a 500-hour designation. Neil has two children – Brian 26 and Elly 24.
