Nashikeata Mann is our founder and wellness coach. She is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor, she is also a certified Trauma Recovery instructor, Kids Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner and a meditation teacher.

Nashikeata Mann is a former contract mortgage professional turned yoga instructor originally from Pisa, Italy. Five years into her career, Nashikeata was introduced to yoga by her Pilates instructor as a tool to gain flexibility and distress from her stressful career.

Her journey began with Bikram yoga. She really liked the challenging classes and began to practice regularly making yoga an important part of her life. Nashikeata began to realize that there was more to the practice than flexibility. She soon discovered that peace, self-awareness and self-acceptance were significant benefits of Yoga. Upon learning this, she had a strong desire to teach others what she had found due to the positive impact it had on her life. She enrolled in her first teacher training spring of 2016 at Sin City Yoga in Las Vegas, NV.

Nashikeata’s objective is to create a safe and welcoming space to nurture the mind, body and spirit by finding balance; both on and off the mat. Nashikeata’s classes are full of positive energy, balanced with a challenge and relaxation. When she is not teaching yoga classes, Nashi enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying international cuisines.
