My Yoga journey began 15+ years ago and, like many, a calling to learn more led to completion of a Yoga teacher training. Since then I've had the honour of leading hundreds of classes, of various styles and sizes, in the Windsor-Essex and Metro-Detroit areas. A fascination with the intersections between science and spirituality, coupled with my commitment to helping others benefit from a safe, integrated Yoga practice, inspire me to pursue continuous education.
