I’m a licensed practitioner of Acupuncture, Massage, and Yoga. I started my practice, Foster Wellness, in 2006 to help my clients enhance their current state of health. I began my initial massage training in Beijing which inspired me to become a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (DAHM) and an East Asian Medical Practitioner. I am also certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture (C. SMA), a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
