Aylin is a certified meditation and yoga instructor. She did her training at Wanderlust Hollywood studio and has more than 600 hours of training in a variety of modalities like kundalini, wanderlust style teaching, functional movement and mentorships. She has a background in dance and believes that movement and meditation are both healing and necessary to live a joyful and abundant life, so she loves sharing these tools with her students and community.
