I’m so grateful that you’re here! A little about me… I was born and raised in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago where I devoted my life to dance from the age of 4. When I wasn’t in dance class, I spent a lot of time in my father’s boxing gym where I was inspired and motivated to cross train in multiple forms of fitness. It was when I was in college in the SF Bay Area that I discovered a passion for yoga and teaching in addition to dancing and performing.
My teaching experience also includes spin, HIIT and group boxing classes. I have worked with all ages and skill levels! In addition to yoga and dance, I am also a certified crystal practitioner. Working with crystals has made me more mindful of the subtle energy body and as a result, deepened my mind/body connection. I have a passion for sharing that knowledge with anyone open to expanding their self care. When I’m not working, you’ll find me practicing yoga, lifting weights, boxing, sitting in a cafe, reading a book, working with crystals or spending time with family and friends.
