Alice has been teaching yoga since 2016 and practicing for over two decades.
She graduated from two 200-hour trainings, as well as a 300-hour program, earning her the title of a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She also holds a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification (RPYT) and has participated in countless trainings and workshops. Alice loves sharing yoga with children. Before becoming a full time yoga teacher, she taught first grade for nearly a decade and also has experience as a foster mom.
Alice is passionate about providing customized yoga instruction to meet the needs of all bodies. Alice’s offerings include the use of sound healing and hands-on assists and adjustments.
When she’s not on her mat, Alice enjoys making art, reading fiction, and spending time in nature.
