Ellen has maintained a consistent yoga practice since her first class with Bryan Kest in 2003, and has been teaching since 2006. She received her 200-hour Teacher Training from Alison West of Yoga Union in NYC, focusing on anatomy, structural alignment and yoga for scoliosis. Ellen later received her 300-hour certification from Yoga Studies Institute, focusing on subtle body anatomy, meditation, and philosophy.
