I grew up in Nigeria, West Africa and was passionate about movement, fitness and emotional wellbeing from a young age. I began practicing yoga in 2002 and have been teaching Vinyasa, Forrest and Restorative yoga styles since 2010. I discovered this amazingly healing practice while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University and received my yoga-teaching certification in Seattle, Washington by studying with world-renowned teacher, Ana Forrest.
