Steph went to her first yoga class in 2007 in Detroit. It wasn't until she moved to California that she got into a weekly practice. She found that the more she practiced yoga, the more self aware she became off of her mat.

Since then I've had the honour of leading hundreds of classes, of various styles and sizes, in the Windsor-Essex and Metro-Detroit areas. A fascination with the intersections between science and spirituality, coupled with my commitment to helping others benefit from a safe, integrated Yoga practice, inspire me to pursue continuous education.
